Completely redesigned site launched. New site is hosted on dedicated server at New Jersey Institute of Technology.
New site contains updated PVA and Species Richness modules, as well as a Spanish version of the site pages and Spanish and Italian versions of the PVA module.

Finished first public version of Simple Count-based PVA eco-tool. This is based on Chapter 3 of Quantitative Conservation Biology by Bill Morris and Dan Doak, and was developed with input from them.

Cleaned up Richness Estimators Eco-Tool, and declared it version 1.1.

Eco-Tools.net was on display at the SCB annual meeting in New York, where it received an enthusiastic reception and a number of offers of assistance.

Registered eco-tools.net and eco-tools.org domains, and applied forwarding to redirect to current server. Site is now “Eco-Tools,” rather than “EcoTools.”
Redesigned site, including graphics, to reflect new, hyphenated name!

Finished basic work on beta version of Canonical Ordination tool. Cleaned up Life Table Calculations, Autocorrelation of Timeseries, and F-statistics for Population Genetics, and declared all of them version 1.1 — the first tools to get that designation!

Much work over the Spring, primarily adding modules but also refining interfaces to existing modules.
Ugraded to webMathematica 2.1, allowing the use of Mathematica 5.
Created auto-forward link to the server at http://www.columbia.edu/~gjr2008/Eco-Tools so as to provide a reasonably stable address to give out.
